2026年5月27日、白金高輪の「栄養モンスター」にて、港区発のトーク番組「おもビズ！ おもしろビジネス仕掛け人」の公開収録を開催しました。ゲストは、虎ノ門を拠点にアート＆デザイン、まちのことづくりに取り組むグー・チョキ・パートナーズ株式会社 代表取締役の小野寺 学さん。そして当日は、虎ノ門のゆるキャラ・カモ虎課長も登場。20名近い来場者に囲まれながら、パーソナリティの幹てつやさんとAIパパこと佐藤雄大さんと終始笑いの絶えない、かなりギリギリでおもろいトークが展開されました。

今回の会場となった栄養モンスターは、白金高輪にある、手作りのごはんを大切にするあたたかいお店です。自家製の塩こうじやコンソメ麹、毎日店内で精米するこだわりのお米など、心と体にやさしい食事が魅力。収録冒頭では実際に料理をいただきながら、そのやさしい味わいやホロホロのお肉に出演者も思わず笑顔に。食べながら、飲みながら、自然と会話がほどけていく空気は、まさに栄養モンスターならではの公開収録でした。

小野寺さんは、企業広告や商品パッケージ、映像制作などを手がけるクリエイティブ・デザイン会社の代表でありながら、虎ノ門一丁目の町会活動にも深く関わる“まちの仕掛け人”です。カモ虎課長のプロデュース、虎ノ門での清掃活動、地域イベント、ピンポイント防災など、その活動は一言では語りきれません。ご本人いわく、出発点にあるのはいつも「なんでそうなの？」という違和感。使われていない防災設備、硬くなりがちな地域活動、動きにくくなった場の空気を、怒りや批判で終わらせず、一度“遊び”に変えて、人が参加できる形にしていきます。

印象的だったのは、小野寺さんにとっての「おもろい」は、単に笑えることではないという話です。世の中が少し変わること、人の見方や反応が変わること、誰もできないと思っていたことが動き出すこと。カモ虎課長も、ピンポイント防災も、街のイベントも、その延長にあります。少し怒られるかもしれない。でも、その一歩を踏み出すからこそ、場の空気が変わり、人が動き出す。そのスタンスには、これからの仕事やまちづくりに必要なヒントが詰まっていました。

来場された方々もトークで笑い、美味しい食事で笑顔になり、そして新しいつながりも生まれ、エネルギー満タンに。ライブならではの雰囲気は、さまざまな化学反応を引き起こしていました。さて、気になる番組の配信は後日順次スタート予定です。小野寺さんが語る“おもろい”の本質、カモ虎課長の圧倒的な存在感、そして栄養モンスターのあたたかな空気感を、ぜひ楽しみにお待ちください。

On May 27, 2026, we held a public recording of OmoBiz! – The Business Fun-Makers, a talk program originating in Minato City, at Eiyou Monster in Shirokane-Takanawa. Our guest was Manabu Onodera, Representative Director of Goo Choki Partners Inc., who is active in art, design, and community-building projects centered around Toranomon. And on this special day, Toranomon’s beloved local character, Kamo-Tora Kacho, also joined us. With nearly 20 people in the audience, the conversation with our personalities, comedian Tetsuya Miki and “AI Papa” Yuta Sato, turned into a lively, slightly edgy, and consistently hilarious session.

The venue, Eiyou Monster, is a warm and welcoming restaurant in Shirokane-Takanawa that places great value on handmade meals. Known for its homemade shio-koji, consommé koji, and carefully selected rice polished fresh in the shop every day, Eiyou Monster offers food that is gentle for both the body and the heart. At the beginning of the recording, the speakers actually tasted some of the dishes, and the tender flavors and melt-in-your-mouth meat brought smiles to everyone’s faces. Eating, drinking, and talking together naturally loosened the atmosphere—an experience that perfectly reflected the spirit of Eiyou Monster.

Onodera is the head of a creative design company that works on corporate advertising, product packaging, and video production. At the same time, he is deeply involved in local activities in Toranomon 1-chome as a true “community fun-maker.” From producing Kamo-Tora Kacho to supporting cleanup activities, local events, and the “Pinpoint Bosai” disaster-prevention initiative in Toranomon, his work cannot be summed up in a single phrase. According to Onodera, everything begins with a sense of discomfort—asking, “Why is it like this?” Whether it is unused disaster-prevention equipment, rigid community activities, or an atmosphere where people find it difficult to take action, he does not stop at anger or criticism. Instead, he turns those issues into something playful, creating ways for people to participate.

One of the most memorable parts of the conversation was Onodera’s view of what it means to be “omoroi”—interesting, funny, or genuinely exciting. For him, it is not simply about making people laugh. It is about changing the world even slightly, shifting people’s perspectives and reactions, and getting something moving that everyone assumed was impossible. Kamo-Tora Kacho, Pinpoint Bosai, and his many community projects all come from this same mindset. He may get scolded a little along the way. But by taking that first step, the atmosphere changes, people begin to move, and new possibilities emerge. His approach offered many hints for the future of work, creativity, and community-building.

The audience laughed throughout the talk, enjoyed delicious food, made new connections, and left full of energy. The live atmosphere created all kinds of unexpected chemistry.
