東京都済生会中央病院 meets ヨリミチ部　第１弾　開催レポート

2025年9月10日、港区立産業振興センターにて、ヨリミチ部と東京都済生会中央病院がコラボレーション。「東京都済生会中央病院 meets ヨリミチ部」のシリーズ第１弾として「みんなに心地よいコミュニティ」をテーマに開催しました。会場には50名を超える年代も職種も国籍も異なる方たちが集まり、ゆるく、けれどもエネルギッシュに新たな気づきとつながりを紡いでいきました。

当日、雨も心配されるなか、会場となった港区立産業振興センター11Fホールには続々と参加者が来場し、ドリンクを片手に開始前から交流が始まりました。プログラムはアイスブレイクからスタートし、センターやCreative Guildからの最新情報を共有。その後、東京都済生会中央病院の町田さん、日本舞踊家の有馬さん、Creative GuildでもAI・デジタル分野で活躍する佐藤さんを迎え、会場全体を巻き込んだゲストセッションが行われました。最後はネットワーキングで盛り上がり、二次会のSHIBAURA HOUSEでも深夜までその熱気が続きました。

参加者は世代も職種も国籍もさまざま。もちろん多くの方は初対面でしたが、“ゆるい”リラックスした雰囲気の中で自然と会話が広がっていきました。外国人の方は日本語を話すことに、日本人の方は英語を話すことにチャレンジしあったり、芸能・アート分野とビジネス分野がつながってコラボレーションの話に繋がったり、はたまた別の交流会の企画が生まれたり。出会いあり、笑いあり、気づきありの時間に、多くの参加者の方に満足いただくことができました。

今回のイベントを通じて、心地よいコミュニティには「自然に任せる」だけではなく、適切なコーディネーションが不可欠であることが明らかになりました。特に心理的安全性を生み出すファシリテーションの役割は大きく、相手を理解しようとする姿勢、つまり傾聴が信頼と対話を支えます。また、つながりを広げ、深め、挑戦を続けることがコミュニティを育てる条件であるという気づきも得られました。これらはゲスト3名それぞれの発言から共通して導かれた重要な示唆です。

コミュニティは複雑性が高まる現代社会において、未来に進むための重要な基盤です。しかしながら、その奥は深く、従来の概念に囚われていては可能性を見失う恐れがあります。だからこそ今回の気づきをベースに、心地よいコミュニティの探求をあらゆる壁を越えて続けていく必要があります。東京都済生会中央病院や港区立産業振興センターの場はそのフラッグシップ。そこに関わることができたCreative Guildとしてもそのアクションを支え、より多様な方と“楽しい”から始まる未来づくりをもっと心地よく、楽しく、続けていきます！

Event Report: Tokyo Saiseikai Central Hospital meets Yorimichi Club #1

On September 10, 2025, the Yorimichi Club collaborated with Tokyo Saiseikai Central Hospital at the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center. As the first session in the “Tokyo Saiseikai Central Hospital meets Yorimichi Club” series, the event explored the theme “How to Create a Heartful Community?” Over 50 participants of different ages, professions, and nationalities came together—relaxed yet full of energy—to weave new insights and connections.

Despite worries about rain, attendees steadily filled the 11th-floor hall of the venue, chatting over drinks even before the program began. The event opened with an icebreaker, followed by updates from the Center and Creative Guild. Next came the guest session featuring Mr. Machida from Tokyo Saiseikai Central Hospital, Nihon-buyo dancer Ms. Arima, and Mr. Sato, who is active in AI and digital fields with Creative Guild. The conversation engaged the whole room. The evening closed with a lively networking session, and the excitement carried on late into the night at the afterparty at SHIBAURA HOUSE.

Participants spanned generations, industries, and countries. While many were meeting for the first time, conversations flowed naturally in a relaxed atmosphere. Foreign attendees tried speaking Japanese, while Japanese participants tried English. New collaborations began to take shape between people from the arts and business fields, and even ideas for future gatherings emerged. It was a time full of encounters, laughter, and learning—leaving many participants deeply satisfied.

One clear takeaway from this event was that a “heartful community” doesn’t happen by chance; it requires thoughtful coordination. Facilitation plays a key role in creating psychological safety, with genuine listening and the willingness to understand others forming the foundation of trust and dialogue. Another important insight was that building such communities requires us to keep broadening and deepening our connections—and to keep trying. These lessons emerged consistently from the perspectives of the three guest speakers.

In today’s increasingly complex society, communities are vital foundations for moving toward the future. Yet their depth is profound, and clinging to outdated concepts risks blinding us to new possibilities. That’s why it is essential to continue exploring what makes a community truly heartful, overcoming barriers along the way. The spaces provided by Tokyo Saiseikai Central Hospital and the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center can serve as important flagships in this effort. As Creative Guild, we are proud to be part of this movement and will continue supporting these actions—making the creation of a future that starts with “fun” even more welcoming, inclusive, and joyful.
