たった一畳のステージからどんな世界が広がるか、そのビジョンはみんなで描くから楽しいのです。2025年11月5日に開催された「ONE STAGE evening TALK — たった一畳の“楽しい”から始まる未来づくり！」は、Creative GuildとONE STAGEの共催によるオンラインイベント。Z世代アーティストを中心とした舞台芸術プロジェクト「ONE STAGE」の世界観を、アート×AI×ビジネス×ライフという多角的な視点から語り合う、けれどもゆるい対話型セッションとしてお届けしました。

11月24日に増上寺で開催する「ONE STAGE CONCERT」を前に開催した今回のイベント。ONE STAGE主宰で日本舞踊家の有馬 和歌子さんと、Creative Guildギルドマスターの渋谷の二人を中心にリラックスした雰囲気で、日常や仕事の中にも潜む“アート的な視点”をテーマに、参加者とともに未来のコミュニティのあり方を探りました。

トークの中では、「アートは仲間を創るための重要なツール」というキーワードが繰り返されました。アート体験は自己開示を促し、共感を生み出す触媒となります。参加者が感じた「外からの発見（新しい出会いや刺激）」と「内面からの発見（自分の興味や価値観の再認識）」が循環することで、コミュニティはより深く、豊かに育っていく。そこには、初めての人を温かく迎える“ナビゲーター”や“キーパーソン”の存在が欠かせません。そしてその延長線上にある安心して参加できる環境こそが、フラットで創造的な関係性を支えます。

さらに、「形式ばった壁をアートがブレイクスルーする」という視点も印象的でした。業界や肩書の垣根を越え、「そもそもみんなただの人」という本来の認知に立ち返ることで、互いに学び合う土壌が生まれる。プロとアマチュアが同じ舞台に立つONE STAGEの構造そのものが、まさにその象徴です。そこには、立場を超えてともに創る“共感型の学び”がありました。

今回のトークでは、Creative Guildが開発するAIプラットフォーム「TsunagaLink」も紹介されました。AIがコミュニティのつながりを可視化し、誰と誰が出会い、どんなプロジェクトが生まれていくのか——コミュニティの“関係性の地図”をAIが描き出す新しい試みです。アートが感性を、AIが構造を担うことで、人と人との関係がより立体的に広がっていく——そんな未来の可能性を参加者全員で共有しました。

「楽しいからはじめよう」。この言葉に共鳴するように、画面越しの参加者の表情もやわらぎ、笑顔が絶えませんでした。たった一畳の“楽しい”から始まる未来づくり。その輪は確実に広がっていっています。11月24日のONE STAGE CONCERT、そしてその先に展開も含め、“楽しい”ことへの期待はますます膨らんでいます！

A Borderless Vision from a One-Tatami Stage

What kind of world can unfold from a stage the size of a single tatami mat? The joy lies in imagining that vision together. On November 5, 2025, the ONE STAGE evening TALK — Creating the Future from Just One Tatami of “Fun”! was held as an online event co-hosted by Creative Guild and ONE STAGE. Centered on the performing arts project ONE STAGE, led by Gen Z artists, the session offered a relaxed yet deeply engaging dialogue exploring art, AI, business, and everyday life.

Held ahead of the flagship ONE STAGE CONCERT at Zojoji Temple on November 24, the event featured Wakako Arima—a Japanese traditional dancer and founder of ONE STAGE—and Takeshi Shibuya, Guild Master of Creative Guild. Together with participants, they reflected on how an “artful perspective” can be found in our daily routines and work, and how it can shape the communities of the future.

Throughout the talk, one key message echoed again and again: “Art is a powerful tool for building connections.” Artistic experiences encourage self-expression and act as catalysts for empathy. The dialogue highlighted how communities grow deeper and richer when external discoveries—new encounters and inspirations—interact with internal discoveries—self-reflection and value awareness. Within this process, navigators and key persons play an essential role, helping newcomers feel welcomed and secure. That sense of psychological safety forms the foundation for open and creative relationships.

Another memorable theme was how art breaks through formal barriers. By transcending industries and titles, participants were reminded that “we are all just people learning from one another.” The very structure of ONE STAGE, where professionals and amateurs share the same stage, embodies this philosophy—a model of collaborative, empathy-driven learning that invites everyone to co-create beyond hierarchy.

The session also introduced Creative Guild’s AI platform, TsunagaLink, which visualizes how people are connected within a community. This innovative tool maps relationships—who meets whom, and what kind of projects may emerge next. As art nurtures emotion and AI builds structure, human connections expand in more dynamic and multidimensional ways—a glimpse into the possibilities of future communities.
