“楽しい”が始まる場を創ろう！　「サークル＆プロジェクト応援プログラム」

Creative Guildは“楽しい”から始まる未来づくりのコミュニティです。だからこそ、仲間たちの、そのチャレンジは応援したい。そこでCreative Guildが提供しているのがこの「サークル＆プロジェクト応援プログラム」です。Creative Guildでつながった仲間たちが主催するサークル活動やプロジェクト活動を、ゆるやかにサポートしています。

このプログラムは、Creative Guildにつながる仲間たちが、自分の“やってみたい”、“話したい”、“つくりたい”という想いを起点に、小さな活動を形にしていくための共創支援の仕組みです。サークルやプロジェクトを主催できるのは、ギルド名鑑に掲載されている方、もしくは公式パートナーとして紹介されている企業・団体のメンバーに限られ、こうした仲間たちが主体となって企画し、運営していくことが前提となります。これはコミュニティの文化や安心安全の仕組みを守りながら、活動の質や一貫性を保ち、誰もが気持ちよく参加できる環境をつくるための大切な条件です。

活動内容は、学びのサークル、企画・研究会、地域連携、文化・アート活動、イベント企画、新規プロジェクトの試作など多岐にわたりますが、共通しているのは“楽しい“から始める姿勢です。成果を焦らず、まずは興味をひらくところから始め、仲間とゆるやかにつながりながら形にしていく。その過程で自然と対話が生まれ、気づきが育ち、次のアクションへとつながっていくサイクルが生まれます。

Creative Guildは、こうした主体的な活動に対して、必要に応じて有償／無償でサポートを提供します。仲間集めや告知、イベント共催、記事制作やSNS発信、AIツールの活用、レポート作成、デザイン協力など、活動が前に進むための後押しを柔軟に行います。サークルが小規模な集まりであっても、事業化をめざす本格的なプロジェクトであっても、進みたい方向に合わせて支援のスタイルを調整します。また、各種施策との連動により、他の仲間や地域とつながり、活動が自然と広がっていく循環も大切にしています。

なお、こうして展開されるサークル＆プロジェクトからは多様な形で参加の機会が提供されていきます。興味のあるテーマや、やってみたい気持ちが少しでもあれば、どうぞ気軽に関わってみてください。それがまた新しい“楽しい”から始まる未来づくりになっていくはずですから。

Create Spaces Where “Fun” Begins! : Circle & Project Support Program

Creative Guild is a community where the future begins with “fun.” And because of that, we want to support the challenges our members choose to take on. The Circle & Project Support Program was created exactly for this purpose—providing gentle, flexible support for circle activities and collaborative projects initiated by members connected through Creative Guild.

This program is designed to help Guild members turn their “I want to try this,” “I want to talk about that,” and “I want to make something” into small, tangible actions. Only those featured in the Guild Directory or organizations officially recognized as Creative Guild partners can host circles and projects. These trusted members take the lead in planning and operating each initiative. This framework is essential for maintaining our community culture, ensuring psychological safety, and creating an environment where everyone can participate comfortably and confidently.

Activities span a wide range: learning circles, study groups, regional collaboration, cultural and artistic initiatives, event planning, prototyping new projects, and more. What all of them share is a commitment to starting from “fun.” Instead of rushing to produce results, members begin by opening up their curiosity, connecting with others at a comfortable pace, and shaping ideas together. Through this process, natural dialogue emerges, insights deepen, and the next actions unfold organically.

Creative Guild provides both paid and unpaid support depending on the needs of each activity. We offer help with gathering members, promotion, co-hosting events, writing and social media support, AI tools, reporting, design collaboration, and other practical assistance to keep activities moving forward. Whether it’s a small casual gathering or a project aiming for full-scale implementation, we adjust our level of support to match the direction the organizers want to pursue. We also encourage cross-program collaboration so that circles and projects naturally connect with other members, regions, and initiatives.

As these circles and projects grow, they create many opportunities for anyone to get involved. If you find a theme that interests you—even just a little—feel free to join in. That small step may become the starting point of another “fun-driven” future, for you and for the community.
