パートナー’s レポート：FCフェニックス 2026年シーズン開幕&新企画スタート！

コミュニティの力で未来につないでいこう！
FCフェニックス×三田企画部　連携プログラムスタート。

Creative Guildがパートナーシップを結ぶFCフェニックス。2026年シーズンがいよいよ開幕しました。あわせてコミュニティの取り組みのすそ野も拡大し、三田図書館とCreative Guildで推進してきた三田企画部と連携して、スポーツから社会とキャリアを探究する中高生向けプログラムを仕掛けていきます。

2026年シーズンのスタートは、天皇杯の東京地区予選です。2月1日の1回戦は3-2で勝利。課題は残るものの、まずは結果を出して前に進みました。続く2回戦も勢いづきたかったところでしたが、あいにくの大雪に見舞われ中止となり、大会規定により勝者は抽選で決まることに。残念ながら抽選で敗れる結果となりましたが、ここで得た課題と手応えを持ち越し、4月6日から始まるリーグ戦に臨みます。

一方で、コミュニティ活動のほうでも変化が生まれています。FCフェニックスではこれまで、経営者・決裁者を対象にフットサルを一緒に楽しむ機会を提供してきました。開催は月に1～2回（19:00-21:00）。港区アクアフィールド芝公園を会場に、初心者から経験者まで幅広く集まり、純粋に体を動かすこと、そしてまず“ひと”としてつながることを大切にした、ゆるやかな場として育ってきています。

今後はこの参加対象を、より多様な分野のリーダーにも広げていく予定です。たとえ

ば大企業で新規事業に取り組む方、社会課題解決に向けた取り組みを推進する方など、立場や業界を超えてサッカーを通じたつながりが生まれる場をつくっていきます。年齢や国籍も問いません。ご関心ある方はぜひこちらから、FCフェニックスの公式Lineへ。

こうした動きを受けて、三田図書館とCreative Guildでトライしてきた三田企画部ともコラボレーションを開始します。サッカーを題材に、FCフェニックスが培ってきたクラブ運営の知恵や工夫をベースにしながら、中高生向けに探究の場を提供していきます。普段それぞれが取り組んでいる部活での経験を踏まえ、それを支える社会の仕組みや必要な知識・技術、さらにはその先に広がるキャリアの可能性まで、対話を通じて探っていく予定です。部活をより良くしていくためのヒントが得られるかもしれません。

FCフェニックスとのコラボレーションは、今後もさらに展開予定です。監督や選手もギルド名鑑に登場していきます。また企業や行政などとの連携も、サッカーという共通テーマがあるからこそ動きやすくなります。ぜひ今後の展開にもご期待ください。そしてFCフェニックスを、これからも応援よろしくお願いします。

FC Phoenix × Mita Planning Club —
A new collaborative program begins.

FC Phoenix, a partner of Creative Guild, has officially kicked off the 2026 season. At the same time, the club is expanding its community initiatives. In collaboration with the Mita Planning Club—an initiative led by Mita Library and Creative Guild—we are launching a new program for middle and high school students that explores society and career pathways through sports.

The 2026 season began with the Tokyo qualifying rounds of the Emperor’s Cup. In the first round on February 1, FC Phoenix secured a 3–2 victory. While there are still areas to improve, the team delivered results and moved forward with momentum. Unfortunately, the second round was canceled due to heavy snowfall. In accordance with tournament regulations, the winner was decided by lottery, and FC Phoenix was eliminated. Despite the disappointment, the team carries both the lessons learned and the confidence gained into the league season, which begins on April 6.

Meanwhile, changes are also taking place within the club’s community activities. FC Phoenix has been hosting futsal sessions primarily for business owners and decision-makers. Held once or twice a month (19:00–21:00) at Aqua Field Shiba Park in Minato City, these sessions have grown into a relaxed space where participants—ranging from beginners to experienced players—come together simply to move their bodies and connect with one another first and foremost as people.

Going forward, participation will be expanded to include a broader range of leaders across different fields. This includes individuals working on new business initiatives within large corporations and those leading efforts to address social challenges. The goal is to create a space where connections are formed through soccer, beyond positions or industries. Age and nationality are not factors. Building on this momentum, FC Phoenix is also beginning a collaboration with the Mita Planning Club, an initiative developed by Mita Library and Creative Guild. Using soccer as a central theme, the program will draw on the club’s experience and know-how in club management to offer an inquiry-based learning opportunity for middle and high school students. Participants will reflect on their own club activities and explore the social systems, knowledge, and skills that support them—while also considering the broader career possibilities that extend from those experiences. Through dialogue and exploration, students may discover new insights to enhance their own activities.

The collaboration with FC Phoenix will continue to expand. The club’s head coach and players will soon be featured in the Guild Directory, and further partnerships with companies and public institutions are also in development.
