コミュニティの力で後押しするFCフェニックス2026年シーズン

4月、FCフェニックスは東京都社会人サッカーリーグ1部の開幕とともに、新たなシーズンを迎えました。トップチーム、U15ともに公式戦がスタートし、ピッチ上での戦いが本格化する一方で、クラブを取り巻くコミュニティにも新しい動きが生まれています。競技とつながりの両面で、クラブが大きく動き出した1ヶ月となりました。

トップチームは、第1節で八王子FCに1-0で勝利し、幸先の良いスタートを切りました。続く第2節ではアローレ八王子と2-2の引き分け。強度の高い相手に対してもしっかりと戦い抜き、勝点を積み上げる安定した立ち上がりとなりました。シーズン序盤としては上々の滑り出しであり、今後に向けた手応えを感じさせる内容となっています。

また、U15も4月から公式戦がスタート。東京都クラブユースU-14選手権大会1次リーグにおいて、東京チャンプJYに4-1で勝利し、FCアンビシオンとは1-1の引き分けとなりました。次世代を担う選手たちも着実に結果を残しながら経験を積み重ねており、クラブ全体としての成長が動き出しています。

競技面と並行して、クラブのもう一つの軸である「コミュニティ」にも変化が見え始めています。これまで個別に関わっていたスポンサー企業の皆さまをつなぐグループが形成され、一部では情報発信や交流がスタートしました。スポンサーネットワークが動き始めたことで、クラブは「支援される存在」から「つながりを生み出す場」へと進化しつつあります。スポンサー同士が横につながり、新たな価値を生み出していく土台が少しずつ整い始めています。

今後に向けては、5月26日に「リーダーズ・フットサル」を開催予定です。本イベントは、経営者やリーダー層を対象としたフットサルの場として、プレーを楽しむだけでなく、スポーツを通じた交流・関係構築の場として設計されています。競技の枠を超えたつながりが生まれる機会として、クラブの新たな価値創出にもつなげていきます。

さらに現在、スポンサー交流の場づくりや、親子で参加できるイベント、そしてヨリミチ部とのコラボレーションなど、クラブを起点としたさまざまな企画を検討しています。試合観戦やプレーだけでなく、多様な関わり方ができるクラブへと進化していく取り組みが、少しずつ具体化し始めています。

FCフェニックスは、単なる競技チームではなく、人と人がつながり、新しい価値が生まれる“場”としての可能性を広げています。選手、スポンサー、関係者、地域の皆さまが、それぞれの立場で関わりながら価値を生み出していく――その循環こそが、これからのクラブの強さにつながっていきます。

FC Phoenix 2026 Season Powered by Community

In April, FC Phoenix kicked off a new season with the opening of the Tokyo Metropolitan Social Football League Division 1. Both the top team and the U15 squad began their official matches, marking the start of competitive play on the pitch. At the same time, new developments have begun to emerge within the club’s broader community. It has been a month where both performance and connection have started to take shape.

The top team opened the season with a 1–0 win against Hachioji FC, securing a strong start. In the second match, they drew 2–2 with Arrore Hachioji, showing resilience against a high-level opponent. With valuable points secured early on, the team has demonstrated a stable and promising start to the season.

Meanwhile, the U15 team also began its official campaign in April. In the Tokyo Club Youth U-14 Championship group stage, they recorded a 4–1 victory against Tokyo Champ JY and a 1–1 draw with FC Ambicion. The next generation is steadily gaining experience while delivering results, signaling the club’s continued growth from within.

Alongside these competitive developments, meaningful progress is also being made on the community side. A sponsor network has started to take shape, connecting companies that had previously been involved individually. Some members have already begun sharing information and engaging with one another. With this network beginning to function, the club is evolving from something that is simply “supported” into a platform that actively creates connections. The foundation for new value creation among sponsors is now beginning to emerge.

Looking ahead, the club will host the “Leaders Futsal” event on May 26. This initiative is designed for business leaders and decision-makers—not just as a place to play, but as a space for meaningful interaction and relationship-building through sport. It represents a new kind of value creation that extends beyond competition.

In addition, several initiatives are currently being planned, including sponsor networking opportunities, family-oriented events, and collaborations with the YORIMICHI community program. These efforts reflect the club’s ambition to become a place where people can engage in diverse and meaningful ways—not only through matches, but through shared experiences.

FC Phoenix is evolving beyond being just a competitive team. It is becoming a platform where people connect and new value is created. Players, sponsors, partners, and the local community all contribute from their respective positions, forming a cycle of mutual value creation. This dynamic will be a key driver of the club’s strength moving forward.
