“楽しい”から始まる仲間づくり　「ギルド・パートナー・プログラム」

Creative Guildは、地域や業界、世代や文化の境界を越えて、“楽しい”を起点に未来をつくるコミュニティです。私たちは、互いの活動に共感し、新しい価値を一緒に育んでいける団体・企業を「パートナー」と呼んでいます。「ギルド・パートナー・プログラム」は、そうした仲間との協働を促し、共創を加速させるためのプログラムです。

ギルド・パートナー・プログラムは、形式的な契約を前提とした仕組みではありません。むしろ、関係者同士の丁寧な対話を通じて、“なぜ一緒に取り組むのか”“どんな未来を描きたいのか”を確かめ合うところから始まります。活動目的や価値観、未来へのイメージが重なり、主要関係者の相互理解と合意が得られたときにパートナーシップは結ばれます。規模や業種、プロジェクトの形式は問いません。“想い”を中心にゆるやかにつながり、お互いの活動を応援し合いながら、実践的な協働を育てていきます。

現代社会は複雑で、単独の個人・組織・地域だけでは解決が困難な課題が増えています。また、議論の場を設けるだけでは変化は生まれず、実践へ踏み出す力が求められます。しかし、方向性の共有がなければ行動は空回りしてしまいます。だからこそCreative Guildでは、各団体・企業の主要関係者、つまりリーダーの“想い”をつなぐことを特に大切にしています。そこに共創の「核」が生まれ、それぞれの強みや資源が自然と連動しはじめます。

パートナーとの協働にあたって、Creative Guildでは以下のような支援を行います。

• Webサイトでのパートナー紹介
• 主要関係者のギルド名鑑への掲載
• イベントやプロジェクトの共催・後援
• 活動レポートやSNSでの情報発信支援
• AIツールやラーニングコンテンツの提供・共同制作
• 定期的な対話の場の設置（戦略相談・振り返り・次のアクション構築）

これらは定型メニューではなく、パートナーごとの状況に合わせて柔軟に組み立てていく伴走型の関係です。大切なのは、双方にとって価値が循環し続ける状態をつくること。そのために、対話と小さなアクションを積み重ねていきます。

なお、パートナープログラムへの参加は公募形式ではなく、対話を通じた合意を前提としています。まずはぜひヨリミチ部や各種イベントに気軽にお越しください。

Building Partnerships That Begin With “Fun”: Guild Partner Program

Creative Guild is a community that brings together people, organizations, and ideas across regions, industries, generations, and cultures — all starting from a shared sense of fun. We call the organizations and groups that resonate with our activities and are willing to co-create new value with us our partners. The Guild Partner Program is designed to support these collaborations and accelerate co-creation.

Our partnerships are not formed through formal contracts. Instead, they begin with thoughtful conversations — exploring why we should work together and what kind of future we want to create. A partnership is formed when our purposes, values, and visions naturally align, and when key stakeholders on both sides reach a shared understanding. There are no restrictions on size, industry, or project format. What matters most is a shared intention, a willingness to connect openly, and a commitment to supporting each other through practical, collaborative action.

Today’s challenges are complex, and few can be solved by a single individual, organization, or community. Dialogue alone does not create change — meaningful action is needed. At the same time, action without a shared direction can easily lose momentum. That is why Creative Guild places great importance on connecting the intentions and aspirations of each partner’s key leaders. When these core intentions align, a genuine center for co-creation emerges, and the strengths and resources of each partner begin to complement one another.

To support our partners, Creative Guild offers a variety of collaborative opportunities:

• Feature articles on our website
• Introduction of key members in the Guild Directory
• Co-hosting or supporting events and collaborative projects
• Media support, including activity reports and social media coverage
• Access to AI tools and learning content, including co-creation opportunities
• Regular dialogue sessions for strategic check-ins, reflection, and next steps

These are not fixed menus but flexible forms of support shaped around each partner’s context and needs. What matters is creating a relationship where value continues to circulate on both sides — a partnership sustained by ongoing dialogue and small, meaningful actions.

Participation in the Guild Partner Program is not open through public application. Partnerships are formed through mutual conversation and shared agreement.
