“楽しい”は創れる。ほめる、つながる、未来が動き出す。

2026年5月13日、港区立産業振興センターにて、ヨリミチ部5月部会を開催しました。今回のテーマは「“楽しい”は創れる。」。実践型リーダー育成講座の修了生であり、株式会社マクウェルエンパワー代表取締役の牧 泰嗣さんによる「ほめほめワーク」の特別セッションに加え、大手自動車会社の有志コミュニティ「Future Meeting」の石川 謙さんによるオープンピッチも行われました。会場とオンラインを合わせて70名を超える方々にご参加いただき、いつも以上に笑顔と熱気にあふれる時間となりました。

「楽しい」を偶然に任せるのではなく、人と人との関係性の中から意識的につくり出すこと。そのために、必ずしも特別なことが必要なわけではありません。ただ、相手の良いところを見つけること。その人の何気ない努力を認めること。そして、それを言葉にして伝えること。そんな小さな行為が、ゆるくて強いつながりを紡ぎ、困難を乗り越えて前を向き続けるエネルギーを分けてくれます。そして大切なのは、それを一度きりで終わらせず、続けていくこと。今回は、そんな気づきがあふれる場になりました。

当日は、いつものようにアイスブレイクからスタート。港区立産業振興センターとCreative Guildからのお知らせも共有しました。新年度が始まり、実践型リーダー育成講座をはじめ、各種プログラムも一気に動き出しています。特にセンターでは、新たな試みとしての大人の探究学習なども活発になっています。誰でも参加できる場もたくさんありますので、ぜひセンターのWebサイトやSNSもチェックしてみてください。

続いて、いよいよ牧さんによる「ほめほめワーク」の特別セッションへ。印象的だったのは、「ほめる」とは、ただ相手を持ち上げることではなく、相手の行為や努力を認めることだという視点です。ワークでは、参加者が自分の頑張っていることを話し、周囲の人がその人の良さや努力をポジティブな言葉で伝えていきました。本人が少し後ろを向き、周囲が“ポジティブな噂話”をする形式では、照れ笑いや拍手が生まれ、普段なかなか言葉にされない努力が、あたたかく可視化されていきました。

「ほめられると、素直にうれしい」
そんな声もあり、承認されることが安心感や自信につながることを、参加者それぞれが体感する時間となりました。

また終盤には、大手自動車会社の有志コミュニティ「Future Meeting」の石川さんによるオープンピッチも行われました。Future Meetingは、グループや部門、さらには社外の垣根も越えて、未来について語り合う対話の場です。牧さんによる特別セッションで会場があたたまった後に、企業内外を越境する未来づくりの取り組みが共有されたことで、個人同士の承認から、組織や地域を越えた共創へとつながる流れが生まれました。

ちなみに終了後の交流会は、港区立産業振興センターからSHIBAURA HOUSEに場所を移して、深夜まで続きました。最後まで本当に多くの方が残り、尽きない会話を楽しんでいました。さらには、その場で次の企画も決まり、さっそくアクションも動き始めています。

やはり、“楽しい”は誰かが用意してくれるものではなく、みんなでつくるもの。楽しく話すことを入口に、誰かの想いや挑戦を知り、応援し、次の学びや実践へとつなげていく。そして、そこから社会に新しい価値を生み出していく。ヨリミチ部は、その体験を共有できる場です。単なる交流ではなく、共創へ。 そんな「楽しいから始まる未来づくり」を、これからも続けていきます。

YORIMICHI Club May Session Event Report
“Fun” Can Be Created. Praise, Connect, and Let the Future Begin to Move.

On May 13, 2026, we held the YORIMICHI Club May Session at the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center. The theme of this session was “Fun Can Be Created.” The program featured a special “Homehome Workshop” session led by Yasutsugu Maki, CEO of Macwell Empower Inc. and an alumnus of the Practical Leadership Development Program, as well as an open pitch by Ken Ishikawa from “Future Meeting,” a volunteer community at a major automotive company. With more than 70 participants joining onsite and online, the session was filled with even more smiles, energy, and warmth than usual.

Rather than leaving “fun” to chance, the session explored how we can intentionally create it through relationships between people. And to do that, we do not necessarily need anything special. We can start by noticing the good in others, recognizing their small everyday efforts, and putting that recognition into words. These small actions help weave loose yet strong connections, giving us the energy to overcome difficulties, keep moving forward, and continue growing. What matters most is not doing it just once, but continuing the practice. This session was full of such realizations.

As always, the event began with an icebreaker. We then shared updates from the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center and Creative Guild. With the new fiscal year underway, various programs, including the Practical Leadership Development Program, are now moving into full swing. The Center is also actively developing new initiatives, including adult inquiry-based learning. Then came the main program: Mr. Maki’s special “Homehome Workshop” session. One of the most memorable points was his perspective that “praising” someone does not mean simply flattering or elevating them. Rather, it means recognizing their actions and efforts. In the workshop, participants shared something they had been working hard on, and the people around them responded by putting that person’s strengths and efforts into positive words. In one part of the workshop, the person being praised turned slightly away while others shared “positive rumors” about them. This created shy smiles, applause, and a warm atmosphere where efforts that often go unnoticed became visible through words.

Voices like these were shared throughout the session, and participants experienced firsthand how being recognized can lead to a sense of safety and confidence.

Toward the end of the event, we also held an open pitch by Mr. Ishikawa from “Future Meeting,” a volunteer community at a major automotive company. Future Meeting is a dialogue-based space where people talk about the future, crossing boundaries between groups, departments, and even organizations. After the room had been warmed by Mr. Maki’s special session, the pitch introduced an initiative for future-making that crosses corporate and external boundaries. This created a natural flow from recognition between individuals to co-creation beyond organizations and regions.

After the official session, the networking continued at SHIBAURA HOUSE, after moving from the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center. Conversations went on late into the night, with many participants staying until the very end. New ideas were born on the spot, and some of them have already begun moving into action.

Once again, we were reminded that “fun” is not something someone prepares for us; it is something we create together. Through enjoyable conversations, we come to know someone’s thoughts and challenges, support them, and connect those moments to new learning and practice. From there, new value can emerge for society. YORIMICHI Club is a place where people can share that experience. Not just networking, but co-creation. We will continue building a future that begins with fun.
